RE: Sent folder empty on iDevice

Sent should sync, so you have something amiss is the template or language or other setup. You need to open a PMR with logs to determine where the issue lies.

The logs will need to have the initial prime sync, so the recreate will be to remove the profile from the iDevice, "tell traveler reset <device> <user>" on the server, and reinstall the profile. We need logging at FINEST for all of that.
